Description
A blend of Barbera, Croatina and Uva Rara, this wine is typical of old vineyards, selecting the best grapes from a limited production. The early fermentation is stopped by a filtration which doesn’t turn the natural sugars in alcohol, the result is a lovely, slightly effervescent sweet wine. Ideal with biscuits or nutty cakes. ABV 7.5%
