Local Delivery
Provino will deliver, for free, to addresses within the following postcode areas:
LA1, LA2, LA3, LA4, LA5, LA6
Flat Rate Delivery
All other postcode areas will be subject to a flat rate fee.
Courier services have restrictions on the amount of liquid that can be transported per bottle to 1 litre. All products exceeding this volume are unavailable for flat rate delivery and this will be stated clearly on the product page.
Age Verification
Provino require registrants to state their age upon registration, in compliance with licensing law. In addition, Provino reserve the right to withhold delivery of an order in the following circumstances:
- The delivery driver considers that the customer is in a clear state of inebriation
- Delivery is requested for a location that doesn’t have a postcode, e.g. a street corner
- The person receiving the goods is under age, unless Provino have received prior notification from the person placing the order and they have given consent for the minor to receive the goods.
When using a courier service, Provino require that goods are signed for by the customer. Couriers are instructed to not leave any parcels in an unsecure location (back yard, unlocked porch, behind the bin)
In all circumstances, Provino drivers will use their discretion, in compliance with licensing law to ensure the four principles of licensing are upheld (the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, the protection of children from harm)
