| Bonarda has an intense, ruby-red colour; the perfume is penetratingly fragrant with notes of violets, bitter almonds, plums, cherries and red berries. The flavour is dry, soft and tasty, delighting with a delicate effervescence – a good match for salami, meat-filled ravioli, white meats and cheeses.
