Its marked minerality and freshness, the savory, floral and fruity taste make it perfect as a combination with fish dishes, shellfish, all vegetarian cuisine and sushi. Excellent with cheeses or as an aperitif. To be served at a temperature of 10-12 Celsius. ABV 12%
